Clients can leave written testimonials for the trainer they’re working with. These testimonials go through an internal review process and then are approved or declined. If approved, they will show up on a trainers’ FitnessTrainer public profile page.
Each trainer will have a unique link on their "Get more reviews" tab. They can send that link to previous customers if they wish to acquire more reviews.
