Direct payments including cash, check and money order, money-sharing apps, Paypal invoices, and other methods, are not permitted at any time. All payments are processed through FitnessTrainer for sessions conducted by trainers listed on FitnessTrainer.
Ensuring that all of your sessions are paid according to FitnessTrainer’s Terms of Use helps to protect both parties under our Terms of Use, should events such as scheduling misunderstandings, pricing questions, session cancellations, or payment disputes arise. We can’t provide these benefits if payment between trainers and clients takes place outside of the FitnessTrainer billing system.
