Upon learning that the client will be bringing multiple people to each training session, you'll have the option of changing your hourly rate with that particular client or "group". After agreeing on a new group session rate with your client, you must submit a formal Rate Change Request through your account.
1. Go to your “My Clients” page and select Edit next to the client’s rate.
2. Complete the Rate Change Request form.
3. Your client will receive an email requesting they accept the new hourly rate.
4. Your new rate will not take effect until the client accepts the new rate on Fitnesstrainer.
