Go directly to http://fitnesstrainer.com/signin, or click on the "Login" button found at the top right of every page of FitnessTrainer. Then click on the "Forgot Password?" hyperlink located to the right of the "Login" button. On the password reset page input your email address into the box and click reset password. You will receive an email that will allow you to create a new password.
