FitnessTrainer requires clients to add a form of payment to their account before phone numbers are shared. This means that trainers on FitnessTrainer are only getting legitimate inquiries for personal training. It also ensures that FitnessTrainer can collect payment for the training sessions after they occur. All credit card information is encrypted in our database for added security, and charges will only be made for a session package. If a phone number is detected as part of a message to a trainer prior to this information being placed on file, the message will be cancelled and your account will potentially be closed out .
Once payment information has been added to your account, you will be able to exchange phone numbers with trainers and begin sessions.
