Training sessions are typically 1 hour long. If you prefer different increments of time however, discuss with your trainer which session length would work best for you either via messaging prior to signing up or via email, text, or phone after signup . It might be the case that you need to build your fitness level to sustain longer sessions. Make sure your trainer specifies how long each session is when reporting the session in their FitnessTrainer calendar.
