You will receive your trainers contact information only after you have added you payment information on file with that trainer. Once that is done, your trainer will get in touch with you within 24-48 hours. If they are not in touch within that time, please let us know so we can reach out to the trainer ourselves. You can also login to your client dashboard to message a trainer whom you have signed up with if you are not getting a response via phone, text, or email.
