If you're trying to contact a trainer you've previously had sessions with, or have exchanged messages with, you can find their profile by logging in to your FitnessTrainer client dashboard. On the main page of your dashboard you will see a listing of any trainer you have worked with, and can click the “send a message” or “view profile” button. You can also click “Conversations” at the top navigation menu. Here, you'll find all conversations that you have had with trainers on FitnessTrainer. Click “View Profile” next to any trainer’s name on the right hand side of the “Conversations” view.
If you're having trouble finding a tutor with whom you have not had sessions or exchanged messages contact FitnessTrainer customer support at support@fitnesstrainer.com, and we can try to help put you in touch if the trainer is still available and the information you provide is enough for us to locate them.
