From the “My Message” section:

  1. To access messages, click the “My Messages” link at the top of your dashboard. 
  2. Click the client’s name from the list displayed in the left column of the page. 
  3. At the top of the messaging thread, you will see a tab containing the client’s name and a drop down menu labeled 'Show Details'
  4. Click the arrow to find information such as the clients payment status, location, and availability.
