Trainers can respond to the “new potential student” emails that get sent out when a prospective client is interested in hiring a personal trainer nearby. Initiating the first message to the client in a timely manner can drastically improve the odds of getting hired. 


If a client reviews your initial message and is interested in working with you, he or she will respond and you’ll receive a new message in your FitnessTrainer inbox. 


Clients can also reach out to you directly from your public profile. A direct inquiry from a new student will also appear as a message in your “My Messages” section. These leads are more “warm” as the client reached out to you directly to initiate a conversation.
