Clients are required to enter billing information prior to the trainer scheduling sessions with them. You are welcome to share your phone number with a student once they have added a valid form of payment information to their FitnessTrainer client account. You can check a client’s payment information status from your "Messages" page.

Until your new client adds payment information, both clients and trainers must refrain from exchanging personal contact information. This helps us ensure that the training request you have received is legitimate, we can resolve any disputes that arrise, that and that we can collect and disburse appropriate payment once training sessions have been completed.
